Delicious Yogurt Salad Dressing With Prawn & Potato Salad
Yogurt Salad Dressing Ingredients: ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt, 1 clove crushed garlic, 2 dsp fresh lime juice, 2 dsp freshly chopped dill, black pepper, 1 sprig of dill for decoration, 1 lime.
Yogurt Salad Dressing Method: Whisk all ingredients together.
Prawn Salad Ingredients: 500g baby potatoes, 2 handfuls of finely shredded cabbage, ½ large red onion, ½ green capsicum, 200g freshly cooked banana prawns, 1 baby cos lettuce
Method: Place baby potatoes into boiling water and cook until tender. Remove from heat and cool. Roughly chop potatoes. Thinly slice red onion and slice green capsicum. Tear baby cos lettuce. Place all ingredients into a bowl, season with salt pepper and decorate with lime wedges.
Drizzle Yoghurt Salad Dressing over the top.

Yogurt Salad Method: Chop lamb into small cubes and insert onto skewers. Place kebabs onto a platter. Squeeze lime juice over the top, Toss crushed garlic over the top with freshly chopped oregano – season with salt and pepper. Place into refrigerator for 2 hours and cook on the BBQ.
